We are not interested in creating the same boring training that many employees in the corporate world are used to. We strive to first determine what the underlying issue is, what possible and creative solutions can fix the issue and then develop materials to support that solution successfully. We also collaborate to create interfaces easy to navigate and access information for client access.

We realize that millennials are not the only generation currently in the workplace. In fact, we are experiencing a workplace like nothing else before. One with multiple generations expecting to perform on the same level. With that in mind, Innovative Alignments seeks to develop training that adds a little spice on each level; content presented in a way to catch one's attention and keep it.

The ultimate goal of training should be to make a positive impact with relative and applicable training for employees. That newly learned information should then, in turn, be easily transferrable to employees' roles. Mr. Billips is a seasoned military veteran with over 15 years in the United States Air Force. Michael brings years of experience leading, managing and training teams responsible for million dollar equipment. His dedication and discipline provide a strategic perspective to lead all technical initiatives at Innovative Alignments.

Dr. Thompson has spent the majority of her career in facilitating and developing training. Christa's academic experience in Communications, Instructional Design and Organizational Development, compliments her professional experience in academic operations and corporate training. Her ability to combine her academic and professional experiences drive Christa's passion for innovative, creative solutions.
